How much space do I need to do a corporate or office yoga class in my company’s work space?

How much space you need will depend upon how many people will be in the class. Each person will need enough space that is slightly larger than their yoga mat. This would be approximately 6 to 8 feet long by 3-4 feet wide. Some companies use meeting of office rooms, bigger companies with more employees will need a larger space, such as a larger conference room. Or, If your building has an exercise room available that could work as well.

What do we need for the yoga classes?

Each person will need to bring their own yoga mat. Yoga mats can be purchased very affordably online, or at a local sports shop. We recommend each person bring a bottled water or something to sip on in case they get thirsty.
